The Wisdom of Empathy
Healing Nature
The essence of understanding the lives of others. To enhance empathy, to help one get in touch with how Life is experienced by others, to integrate this into one’s comprehension of Life. To view Life from a perspective that encompasses all the possibilities a person can face, and thus lose any judgemental attitudes. To inspire the realisation that “one day this could happen to me” and so prepare oneself for the twists and turns that Life may present.
Spiritual Qualities
The illusion that there are set formulas to solve the problems of living, keeps people apart from each other and is unhealthy for society. It is unhealthy because all people have the same basic want, that is to feel Joy, and are going through the same processes of Life’s lessons, in their unique and individual way. The collective wisdom of humanity about how best to pass quickly through difficulties and on to Joy develops further with every era. If we separate ourselves from each other’s experiences, are not able to weep and laugh together, and separate ourselves from collective learning experiences, then we inhibit the growth of social wisdom.

Mental/Emotional Health
Oral Dosage of Flower Essences (for mental/emotional wellbeing)
Information on prescribing and preparing oral doses.
- For those who are naive about Life because of lack of experience, or lack of sharing the experiences of others.
- For those who can’t develop deeper relationships because they easily make shallow and sweeping judgements of other people’s situations.
- For those who have not developed empathy and remain aloof from others.
- For those who find themselves in a trauma and are unable to cope because of lack of experience of such things. Often they have never contemplated their Life going amiss, or have not ever empathised with those who have had problems. Usually they condemned a person for being to blame for their own troubles. When they eventually meet difficulties they feel totally lost because there is no wisdom to draw on with which to face their plight.
THE HEALING
brings the person back in touch with people, being able to hold a much broader and wiser perspective, and being willing and open to learn about how it is to walk in another’s shoes. This is how we learn about, and prepare for, the many twists and turns in our own Life, with the added bonus of being able to share with our fellow travellers our joys and sorrows, and know comradeship.
