The short course is based on the latest scientific research into the links between stress and health, the health benefits of mindfulness meditation and the multi-layered causes and maintenance of happiness and fulfilment. The student will learn among other things the relationship between Happiness, Stress and Energy and how these factors impact their lives, plus be given the tools to lower their stress and increase their levels of happiness and energy.

During this short course participants will learn:
- How to track their happiness, stress and energy levels and see how they affect motivation and the ability to productively manage life (in the positive or negative sense).
- The dynamics of happiness and the impact it has on wellbeing.
- The dynamics of conflict and the impact it has on wellbeing.
- Highly effective techniques for relieving physical pain, stress and energy loss.
Techniques for sustaining resolutions and achieving cherished goals will be workshopped as well as techniques to overcome challenges coming from within and without. The final class will assess the levels of change already experienced and tailor each person’s strategy for the road ahead. After tracking stages of the journey so far, participants will have Life Maps constructed to continue their adventures!
